USAC controls federal Lifeline eligibility and participating providers control their own enrollment and device offers. We do not guarantee approval, a particular phone, a $0 device price, stock, shipping, service price or delivery time.

Federal rules, state-program rules and provider terms can change. We aim to keep content useful and sourced, but the controlling official or provider source should be checked before relying on a current eligibility or commercial offer term.

The site links to government agencies, Apple, wireless providers and other external websites. We do not control their content, availability, security, prices or terms. Your use of an external service is governed by that service's own terms.
